Somatic bodywork
Bodywork for me is a form of artwork. It is a medium where I express myself intuitively, without the need to control or fix anything, while being curious what might come up through the process.
I combine a few modalities I have learned across the years while informed by your spoken and unspoken needs.
My offering is a combination of full body intuitive massage, where I practice my creative and nurturing side, with biodynamic craniosacral therapy, my deep listening and stillness, and Chi Nei Tsang: Internal Organ Chi Massage, taking it a little bit deeper.
I am trained in pregnancy and postpartum work to accommodate you in this transformative chapter of your life.
